Solairus Aviation Challenger 605 Captain - Full-Time

Solairus Aviation is currently searching for a Full-Time Challenger 605 Captain to join an operation at the KPWK airport. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe operation of the Challenger 605 aircraft.
• Conduct flights safely and prudently, including:
• Reviewing aircraft maintenance status.
• Performing proper pre-flight inspections per the Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Checking weather and facilities along the route and at airports, including alternates.
• Ensuring flights comply with Solairus policies and Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Maintaining passenger, crew, and aircraft safety.
• Completing trip paperwork accurately as per current procedures.

Qualifications

• Total flight time = 3000 hours
• PIC = 1500 hours
• MEL = 1500 hours
• MEL PIC = 500 hours
• Time in Turbo Jet = 500 hours
• Instrument flight hours = 250 hours
• Type rated on Challenger 605 or comparable aircraft
• First class medical certificate
• Ability to work on a non-call basis
• Willing to complete ICAO international procedures training annually
• Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KPWK or willingness to relocate
