Solairus Aviation is seeking a Challenger 300 Captain for a full-time, on-call role based at Napa, CA (KAPC). You will lead safe flight operations, deliver discreet service, and uphold our safety and integrity standards.

Responsibilities include commanding flights, thorough preflight planning, and collaboration with dispatch and maintenance to ensure operational excellence. Requires extensive flight hours and ICAO certification, with relocation flexibility if needed.

Qualifications

• Total time: 3,000+ hours.
• PIC: 1,500+ hours.
• Multi-engine (MEL): 1,500+ hours.
• MEL PIC: 500+ hours.
• Type rating: Challenger 300 or comparable aircraft.
• FAA First Class Medical.
• Annual ICAO international procedures certification.
• On-call availability with flexible schedules.
• Residence within two-hour drive of KAPC or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command, ensuring safe operation of the Challenger 300.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, inspections, and weight/balance.
• Assess weather, NOTAMs, route information, and destination airports.
• Operate in accordance with Solairus policies and applicable regulations.
• Protect passenger and crew safety while delivering discreet service.
• Complete trip documentation accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and crew to maintain operational excellence.
