Job summary

Golden Grail Group is a leading cannabis retailer in the Pacific Northwest, seeking a dependable Shift Lead to oversee daily dispensary operations and coach the team. You will ensure OLCC compliance, handle POS duties, and maintain exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports leadership by managing opening/closing, delegating tasks, and maintaining consistent attendance. On-site Portland, OR location with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or lead a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to listen and follow directions quickly and accurately.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit to be considered for employment (Reimbursed after completing 90 days of employment).

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fast-paced retail experience.
• Previous management experience with demonstrated growth in responsibility.
• Working knowledge of OLCC cannabis regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior cannabis product knowledge.

Previous experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
