Qualifications

• ≥10 years of experience post clinical degree.
• Demonstration of scientific excellence and performance.
• Administrative experience at departmental or institutional level.
• Proven track record of translational research and grant or protocol funding.
• Consistent record of education/mentoring contributions.
• Progressive leadership in academia; oncologic setting preferred.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization with complex relationships.
• Experience in multidisciplinary research and training of postdocs and students.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
