Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution; required.
• Board certification in Radiology (ABR or equivalent); required.
• Current NY State medical license or eligibility; required.
• Minimum five years of progressive radiology leadership in academic/complex settings; required.
• Fellowship in a radiology subspecialty preferred.
• Experience with GME leadership, NIH or grant funding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of radiology operations across OBH system.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain radiologists and staff.
• Set and monitor quality metrics and departmental goals.
• Lead AI integration and imaging technology initiatives.
• Develop residency and fellowship training programs with academic partners.
• Oversee budgeting, capital planning, and payer strategies.
