• Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution
• MSW from a CSWE-accredited program
• Record of teaching, scholarship, and service commensurate with appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor
• Strong potential for external funding and high-quality scholarship
• Ability to foster positive relationships with social work agencies/organizations/associations

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth and innovation across the College’s social work programs.
• Advance faculty success through recruitment, mentorship, and evaluation of instructional personnel.
• Promote academic excellence by overseeing BASW, MSW, DSW, PhD, and certificate programs and ensuring CSWE/SACSCOC compliance.
• Support student success by partnering with admissions, advising, practicum, and recruitment.
• Strengthen community impact through partnerships with agencies, alumni, and workforce partners.
• Manage resources including personnel, budgeting, and operational planning.
