• Current Minnesota medical license or eligibility.
• Board certification in Anesthesiology by ABMS.
• Minimum 5 years administrative leadership experience at the institution, department, or section level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Department of Anesthesiology and shape perioperative services.
• Collaborate with surgical leaders, hospital administration, and clinical teams.
• Champion quality, patient safety, and access to care across the department.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop physicians and CRNAs; foster engagement and accountability.
