Overview
The Forest Stewardship Council–US (FSC US), a nonprofit organization founded in 1993, is seeking a Chain of Custody (COC) Manager to help grow and strengthen FSC’s impact in the U.S. market. This full-time, remote position is focused on supporting and expanding our network of Chain of Custody certificate holders—primarily among non-primary processors—through technical support, strong relationship management, and cross-team collaboration.

Essential duties and responsibilities
As a key member of the Science & Certification team, the COC Manager will strengthen relationships with U.S.-based, non-primary processor Chain of Custody certificate holders and provide technical support to help companies navigate and successfully implement FSC certification.

Provide Chain of Custody Technical Support:
This role requires up to 25% travel for site visits, events, and engagement with COC certificate holders and prospects to drive FSC growth.
