Gordon Food Service in Springfield, OH is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver. You will deliver food products to regional chain restaurants and build relationships with customers while unloading cases and maintaining safety standards.

Night shifts and regional routes keep you home most nights; 1–2 overnights weekly, hotel stays paid. 4‑day work week with varied start times and overnights. Weekly pay and strong benefits available.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL license required at hire or within 90 days.
• Ability to unload cases up to 100 lbs (or more per spec) or use a two-wheel cart.
• Clean driving record; DOT standards.
• Drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

RegionalChain CDL A Delivery Driver

Location: 4980 Gateway Blvd. Springfield, OH

Do you have a passion for driving and customer service? Picture yourself as a delivery driver with Gordon Food Service! In this position, you will be building relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to regional chain restaurants. Night shifts and regional routes mean you'll be home most nights, with 1 or 2 overnights required each week. You'll be required to unload cases up to 100 lbs, and you'll be using a ramp and a two-wheeler throughout your shift. Feel safe and secure at a company that values and respects you. Pay

Drivers average $70,000 - $100,000/year

• Guaranteed minimum of $1,250/week

• Daily base pay, plus component pay

• Paid for every mile driven, stop made, and case delivered

Schedule

4-day work week with overnights

• Monday-Friday. Start times will vary

• One and two-day routes

• Overnights are spent in a hotel paid for by GFS

Does this look like you?

• At least 21 years of age

• Class A CDL License at hire or within 90 days of start date

• Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds

• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check

• Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards

• You must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent in order to be considered for employment with us
