Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a Non-rated Crew Member Flight Engineer to monitor CH-47F systems and diagnose faults. You will support Army Advanced Helicopter Flight Training at Fort Rucker, Alabama, working day and night shifts with multinational students.

Responsibilities include pre/post-flight briefings, logbook entries, and maintaining safety and readiness. The position requires prior FE designation, 5+ years in a non-rated role, and DoD clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

  • Flight engineers must have 5+ years as a non-rated crewmember and have been designated as a FE.
  • Previous designation as a CH-47 Flight Engineer is required.
  • Operational military experience in the CH-47F aircraft.
  • Must be able to work overtime and be willing to work any shift.
  • Graduate of an Army NRCM Flight Instructor / Standardization Instructor Course.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor aircraft systems, diagnose and eliminate problems, and record maintenance faults.
  • Conduct pre-flight and in-flight briefings and post-flight reviews.
  • Perform logbook write ups and maintenance as required.
