Thermo Fisher Scientific in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a General Manager for Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) to lead strategy, revenue growth, and cross-functional execution. You will drive end-to-end leadership across product management, customer service, operations, R&D, and quality to deliver customer value.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership with P&L accountability, strong market insight, and collaboration across a global matrix. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, or related industries.
• Proven general management or P&L accountability with profitable growth.
• Define growth strategies using customer insights, market analysis and data-driven decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into measurable results.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management in a global matrix.

Responsabilités

• Lead CGT business strategy and cross-functional execution.
• Own full P&L and deliver financial, commercial and operational performance.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, thought leaders and strategic partners.
• Oversee Product Management, Customer Service and partner with Operations, R&D, Quality and Regulatory.
• Drive commercialization of new products and technologies aligned with market needs.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio expansions and collaborations.
• Promote a high-performance, inclusive culture with talent development and accountability.
• Ensure ISO and GMP compliance where applicable.
