Job summary

Artis BioSolutions is seeking an Associate Scientist to advance analytical development and GMP quality control for a CGT portfolio, including CAR-T and gene therapies. You will perform specialized testing and contribute to method development, qualification, and clinical manufacturing readiness.

In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will lead analytical tasks, document results, and partner with Analytical Development, Manufacturing, and QA to ensure safety, purity, and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant CGT/biotech experience.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years in cGMP biotech manufacturing.
• Experience operating UHPLC or PCR platforms in regulated settings.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot analytical methods for CGT safety and quality.
• Execute routine and advanced testing in a cGMP environment.
• Support tech transfer and implementation for clinical manufacturing.
• Draft protocols, reports, and GMP-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Manufacturing, and QA.
• Maintain ELNs and ensure compliance with EHS and GMP training requirements.
