Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in a cGMP biotech setting.
• Experience operating UHPLC or PCR platforms in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of CGT cell therapy manufacturing and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot analytical methods for CGT products.
• Perform routine and advanced testing in a cGMP environment.
• Support tech transfer, qualification, and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, manufacturing, and development teams.
• Maintain ELNs, protocols, and GMP-compliant records.
