Job summary

ShopRite of Chester in Chester, NJ is seeking a CGO Coordinator. The role directs the CGO department, supervises associates, and drives sales, safety, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include leading onboarding and training, maintaining department standards, and coordinating with store management to meet goals and deliver exceptional service to customers daily.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly and accurately.
• Ability to perform basic math and use computer systems.
• Regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally 60 lbs; stand or walk during shifts.
• Ability to lead Associates and provide customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the CGO department and associates.
• Ensure safety, presentation, and efficiency in department operations.
• Lead associates to achieve department goals and provide customer service.
