Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking dependable Production Associates to join a growing team in Paris, KY. This hands-on role supports packaging, material handling, and production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Day or night shifts are onsite, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and adherence to cGMP procedures. High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of mechanical or electrical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of mechanical or electrical experience in manufacturing, industrial, or lab settings.
• Experience in regulated environments or following cGMP procedures is highly desired.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, fill, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Operate production equipment, scales, pumps, and filling systems following established procedures.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
• Handle chemicals and materials safely while following all safety protocols.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and workstation sanitation duties.
• Follow cGMP guidelines, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Support team operations and assist with general production tasks as needed.
