Job summary

Training starts with 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM for 1-2 weeks, then shifts to the MO Quad schedule. Requires biology/chemistry knowledge and basic math, with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2 years manufacturing experience, or HS diploma with 4 years experience.
• GMP clean room experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Produce blood component lots through cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation.
• Maintain aseptic technique for welding, connections, and transfers.
• Weigh and measure in-process materials to ensure correct quantities.
• Adhere to production schedule and internal logistics.
• Record production data clearly per GDPs.
• Work in a cross-functional team to complete shift tasks.
• Lead a team within a function, supervised by the shift supervisor.
• No direct reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
