Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for a 6‑month assignment in Summit, NJ. You will manufacture blood‑derived components in a controlled, cGMP cleanroom under supervision, following SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Training runs 1–6 weeks with 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Mon–Fri initially, then a Quad shift. A biology/chemistry background, basic math, and MS Office skills are required. A Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing/operations preferred.
• Cleanroom/regulated environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment to support production of blood component lots.
• Support deviation investigations and CAPA closures.
• Maintain aseptic techniques and PPE compliance.
• Record production data accurately according to GDPs.
• Work in a team to meet production schedules.
