Job summary

Emergent BioSolutions is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to execute tasks per CGMP guidelines for manufacturing, inspecting and packaging Anthrax Vaccine Adsorbed. You will complete training, maintain competence, and document steps in accordance with SOPs.

Responsibilities include clean room operations, quality-focused documentation, stock management, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to drive Lean improvements and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required or equivalent.
• 1-2 years CGMP manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with FDA CGMP, GDP, EH&S regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete training and demonstrate competency on Manufacturing Associate qualification blocks.
• Execute and document procedural steps in CGMP, clean room and SOPs.
• Maintain facility environmental control and perform cleaning per SOPs.
• Review documentation for accuracy and complete process steps in real time.
• Stock gowning and consumables with Kanban inventory control.
• Support Lean/6S programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
