Job summary

Post Rehabilitation Services seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) for our Agawam, MA campus. The role involves building clinical experience with residents on communication, cognition, and swallowing goals under supervision.

You will evaluate and treat residents, collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians, and document progress. This is a full-time CFY with salary at $35/hour and a potential raise after 9 months.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Eligible for CFY placement in Massachusetts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations with supervision and mentorship.
• Provide individualized treatment based on resident needs and therapy goals.
• Work with residents on communication, cognition, and dysphagia management.
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families regarding care planning.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
