Job summary

Blazer Jobs is seeking a motivated new graduate Speech-Language Pathologist to begin a Clinical Fellowship in St. Louis, Missouri. You will provide school-based speech-language services under qualified supervision and develop your clinical independence.

The CFY offers dedicated supervision, mentorship, and professional advocacy to help you meet ASHA requirements and Missouri licensure while gaining meaningful experience with students, families, and educators.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completion of required academic coursework and supervised clinical practicum.
• ASHA Clinical Fellowship eligibility required.
• Missouri provisional licensure pathway for supervised practice required.
• Must meet Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts requirements.
• Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education credential for school-based practice (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under supervision.
• Conduct screenings and assessments under supervision.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies.
• Monitor student progress and maintain clinical documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.
• Implement evidence-based interventions targeting speech and language needs.
• Track CF hours and fellowship documentation.
• Participate in CF supervision, mentoring, and professional development.
• Maintain compliance with school, state, and federal requirements.
