Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a skilled F&I Manager to lead credit decisions, present financing options, and bridge gaps in the sales process during vehicle purchases.

You will work with customers and staff to determine financing needs, ensure 100% compliance, and drive satisfaction and referrals. This Fortune 200 company offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer experience skills.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Develop relationships with customers and employees to determine financing needs.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.
• Ensure administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
