Qualifications

• 8+ years of financial planning experience.
• CFP certification is required.
• Experience working directly with advisors and clients.
• Strong presentation skills and executive presence.
• HNW planning experience preferred.
• Experience with planning tools such as MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, RightCapital, Holistiplan.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and present comprehensive financial plans for advisors and clients.
• Support complex high-net-worth planning needs across tax, estate, retirement, investment, and insurance strategies.
• Partner directly with financial advisors to identify planning opportunities and improve client outcomes.
• Own and improve planning tools, workflows, client deliverables, and service processes.
• Use planning software and advanced Excel modeling for scenario analysis and projections.
• Create educational content such as presentations, webinars, whitepapers, and planning frameworks.
• Mentor one team member initially, with potential to help grow the planning team.
