Addition Wealth is expanding its network of financial professionals by inviting CFPs, CPAs and other qualified advisors to join our team. You will conduct one-on-one sessions with employees at partner companies to educate on retirement, stock options, budgeting, debt management, and related personal finance topics.

Qualifications

• CFP required
• CPA/EA or other designation strongly preferred
• Must operate own RIA
• At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory at a Registered Investment Advisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one sessions with employees and families at partner companies to educate on personal finance topics (retirement, stock options, budgeting, etc.)
• Contribute to content development, programming and product for the company
• Partner with leadership to create frameworks for expansion
