Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance, strategy, operations, or enterprise transformation with leadership.
• Deep financial and business acumen including multi-year strategy and board reporting.
• Experience across multiple businesses/entities in regulated environments; nonprofit and for-profit reporting knowledge.
• Ability to translate complex issues into clear recommendations and roadmaps for senior executives.
• Led cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution, balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Built direct and matrixed teams without formal authority; align stakeholders on priorities.
• Excellent communication with executive presence and trusted relationships with senior leaders and boards.
• Sound judgment, structured problem solving, detail-oriented, and bias for action in fast-paced environments.
• Handles sensitive matters with discretion and integrity with accurate records and timely reporting.
