The CFO will oversee budgeting, cash management, internal controls, external audits, and regulatory reporting, while guiding senior leadership on financial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash management, and strategic financial analysis.
• Review monthly performance with leaders to explain variances and drive improvements.
• Provide executive oversight during external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare year-end financial statements and cost reports.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with reporting, billing, and accounts payable regulations.
• Act as Compliance Officer and lead corporate compliance.
