Job summary

United Living Community seeks an energetic Chief Financial Officer to advance its mission and values within a person-centered neighborhood care model. The CFO will integrate financial and IT strategies to support aging services and innovative programs.

The role leads financial planning, policy implementation, and capital spending, while partnering with lenders and operational leaders to optimize performance and patient care across facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a healthcare supervisory role with emphasis on billing and cash management.
• Demonstrated success in a similar position.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and information systems for facilities including skilled nursing, assisted living, and day services.
• Develop annual financial, information systems plans and budgets with quarterly forecasts.
• Establish and monitor financial policies and procedures at facilities.
• Enhance financial systems, processes, tools and control mechanisms.
• Manage cash flow and working capital; maintain lender, collector and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate audits and tax filings; oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Train, coach and hire personnel.
• Analyze and report monthly financial performance to leadership and board; develop key metrics.
