State Street Corporation is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer for State Street Investment Management (SSIM). You will be the senior finance leader shaping strategy, allocating resources and driving earnings quality across a global asset management business.

Reporting to the SSIM CEO and State Street CFO, you will co-own performance, manage budgeting and forecasting, oversee governance and AI modernization, and lead a global finance organization to sustain growth and enterprise value.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in global financial services.
• Deep investment management knowledge including economics and revenue dynamics.
• Proven record of leading transformation and enterprise finance initiatives.
• Ability to advise C-suite leaders and communicate with boards.
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for SSIM.
• Own strategy execution and capital allocation for SSIM portfolio.
• Direct pricing, profitability analytics, and client economics across geographies.
• Oversee governance, risk, controls and regulatory compliance.
• Develop a high‑performing, globally distributed finance organization.
