Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in large, global financial services organizations.
• Deep investment management knowledge including flows, revenue dynamics and portfolio economics.
• Proven ability to advise C-suite, influence decisions and lead transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for SSIM.
• Oversee pricing, profitability analysis and cost-to-serve across geographies and client segments.
• Drive investment governance, M&A assessment and portfolio allocation decisions.
• Represent SSIM economics with independence and credibility across the enterprise.
