Our client, a profitable middle-market Industrial and Construction Services company, seeks an operationally focused Chief Financial Officer to lead hands-on accounting, POC, and WIP management while building a robust FP&A function with KPI dashboards.

The role involves implementing ERP/CRM systems, establishing scalable processes, and guiding multi-project, multi-geography reporting to support strategic growth; a competitive base salary and bonus are offered along with long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in percentage of completion accounting (POC) and work-in-progress management.
• Proven ability to build high-performance finance and accounting teams.
• Experience implementing ERP/CRM systems and technology initiatives.
• Strong FP&A capability with KPI dashboards and analytics.
• Hands-on leader with multi-project, multi-geography exposure.
