Qualifications

• Ten years of progressively responsible finance leadership in non-profit or higher education.
• Experience with GAAP and large budget oversight.
• Ability to develop strategic financial plans and policies.
• Strong communication with the President, Board, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior financial leadership to university operations and the senior team.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the institution.
• Direct investments, debt management, risk, and capital project oversight.
• Lead treasury functions, cash flow planning, and vendor governance.
• Collaborate with Advancement and campus stakeholders to align resources with mission.
