Qualifications

• CPA required with a Big 4 background preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in financial leadership roles within CPG or food manufacturing.
• Experience in IPO preparation, SEC reporting, and governance is essential.
• Strong technical finance skills including GAAP and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting and FP&A.
• Build systems infrastructure and implement ERP tools.
• Partner with leadership for pricing and growth strategies.
• Hire and mentor a high-performing finance team.
