Confidential is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial management, reporting and forecasting for a highly confidential family office with domestic and international activities. The role requires hands-on leadership, impeccable judgment, and discretion.

You will oversee investments, trusts, partnerships and real estate, ensuring robust controls and strategic financial guidance for wealth-transfer initiatives and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in finance, ideally in a family office or sophisticated investment firm.
• Experience across accounting, reporting, treasury, tax coordination and internal controls.

Aufgaben

• Lead finance and accounting functions, including consolidated reporting and budgeting.
• Provide timely financial insight on assets, liquidity, cash flow and investment performance.
• Oversee financial reporting across trusts, partnerships, LLCs and other entities.
• Manage domestic and international tax compliance and planning, including estate planning support.
• Provide financial analysis for investments, transactions, real estate, and family assets.
• Maintain robust financial controls, governance and risk management.
• Partner with COO, GC, investment managers and external advisors.
• Lead and develop the internal finance team and external service providers.
• Improve systems, processes, reporting and technology infrastructure.
