FALCON, a private equity-backed engineering services company, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and scale the business.

The ideal candidate has heavy finance and accounting orientation, private equity experience, and a track record in M&A integration, financial reporting, and P&L ownership, across $5mm-$40mm platforms or as number two in larger entities with $20mm-$100mm revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience as top financial leader of a $5mm-$40mm engineering services company or as number two financial leader in a larger entity with $20mm-$100mm revenue.
• Private equity experience is required and strong M&A integration capabilities.
• Strong background in percentage-of-completion accounting, financial reporting and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build core financial infrastructure and reporting from the ground up.
• Lead financial due diligence on acquisitions in process and add-on activity.
• Stand up systems and processes rather than delegating; act as a hands-on builder.
• Own financial reporting, forecasting and P&L oversight for the platform.
