Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field required.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and evaluating financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight of all financial operations, ensuring fiscal integrity and alignment with mission.
• Lead annual operating budgets for the network and schools, including long-term financial planning.
• Oversee accounting operations, monthly statements, dashboards, and budget-to-actual analyses.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, systems, and accountability measures.
• Present financial reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to CEO and Board committees.
