Job summary

Shaw Trust is hiring a CFO Delivery Manager to lead in-custody and community-based delivery, ensuring performance, quality and compliance across services. Home-based with some on-site activity, the role reports to the Regional Manager and carries a fixed-term contract.

DBS Enhanced clearance and regional travel are required. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive continuous improvement, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and align delivery with contractual

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience to motivate and develop teams.
• Ability to use data to drive outcomes and monitor performance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience balancing service delivery with commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of CFO Wings and Core/Feeder Prison services; ensure timetabling, engagement, case management and delivery of objectives.
• Lead and develop a team of CFO Support Workers and Evolution Wing Facilitators; manage attendance and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain safeguarding, risk management, and incident reporting in line with policies and contractual requirements.
• Build relationships with prison, probation, community, employers and multi-agency partners to maximise opportunities for participants.
• Develop referral pathways and strengthen custody-community communication for smooth transitions.
• Drive performance, quality and continuous improvement through monitoring, data, stakeholder engagement, and oversight of subcontractor delivery.
