Job summary

Mad River Community Hospital is seeking a seasoned accounting leader to direct all accounting functions across the hospital and related entities. The role requires managing general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll, fixed assets, and inventory, either personally or through subordinates.

You will provide timely and accurate financial reporting for the hospital, clinics, home health agency and related entities, ensuring compliance and strategic financial planning within a hospital reimbursement model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business.
• CPA or CMA preferred but not required.
• Five years’ experience directly related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and General ledger required - supervisory experience preferred, financial statements, tax preparation and cost reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and lead fiscal initiatives and strategies.
• Ability to organize and lead an accounting and billing operation in a hospital reimbursement model.
