Job summary

Dorsia is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to design and run an end-to-end financial infrastructure as the company scales from Series A to Series B and beyond. The role spans Finance, Compliance, BI, and Human Capital, with direct ownership of financial strategy, governance, and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership at a high-growth company.
• Direct experience leading fundraising processes (Series B+).
• Deep expertise in accounting, FP&A, and financial modeling.
• Experience deploying AI/agentic workflows in finance functions.
• Strong compliance and multi-jurisdiction legal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own all accounting and FP&A: close, audits, tax, budgeting, forecasting, banking, reporting.
• Develop financial models for membership, venues, and revenue streams.
• Lead Series B prep, board reporting, investor relations, and corporate development.
• Collaborate with CEO on capital allocation, pricing, unit economics, and strategy.
• Architect a finance function leveraging AI and automation for reporting and forecasting.
• Oversee legal/compliance across jurisdictions and stand up IT/facilities support.
• Build an agentic BI function transitioning to real-time organizational insights.
• Drive AI governance, controls, and insurance/fraud measures for scale.
• Own payroll, compensation, and benefits to ensure scalable total rewards.
• Partner with People Ops to structure and hire for the finance function.
