Job summary

CLA is hiring a Chief Financial Officer for our CAAS practice in Tri-Cities, Yakima, Wenatchee or Moses Lake WA. You will lead financial strategy, drive budgeting and capital planning, and coordinate audits for agribusiness clients.

The role requires extensive experience as a Controller/Assistant Controller, a Bachelor's degree, and strong client management. Travel to client sites is expected in this flexible, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller, Agribusiness preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; CPA helpful but not required.
• Experience managing client relationships and project delivery.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform CFO functions as part of the client's accounting services team.
• Set financial policy with active participation in overall strategy.
• Drive capital planning, risk management, and KPI analysis.
• Lead budgeting, cash flow, and financial administration.
• Coordinate audits and manage multiple client engagements.
