Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred but not required.
• Government/Fund Accounting experience in affordable housing is highly desirable.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented with strong financial acumen and willingness to dive into numbers.
• Collaborative leadership with ability to work across departments and guide a small accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
