You will customize C++ solvers and scripts, automate workflows with Python or MATLAB, and collaborate with mechanical, R&D, and product teams to translate flow insights into optimized designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Mechanical/Aerospace/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with commercial CFD tools and command-line execution
• Strong programming skills in C++ and scripting in Python or MATLAB

Responsibilities

• Set up and run steady-state and transient CFD models for aerodynamics, multiphase flow, and thermal management.
• Customize and extend C++ physics solvers and boundary conditions in OpenFOAM/Simerics/GT Suite.
• Automate workflows and post-processing with Python, Bash, or C++ to speed design iterations.
• Validate against experimental data and refine grid convergence.
• Collaborate with mechanical, R&D, and product teams to optimize designs.
