MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Clinical Fellow – Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to support pediatric clients in a collaborative, growth-focused setting. You will conduct evaluations, develop tailored plans, and provide therapy across speech, language, feeding, and swallowing domains.

The role emphasizes one-on-one care, ongoing mentorship, and a full benefits package. New graduates are welcome, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by the anticipated start date.
• 1 year of experience preferred - new graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills a plus but not required.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care.
