The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow to join our supportive school-based team. You will be mentored by seasoned SLPs and work with students to advance communication skills in a collaborative environment.

As a CF, you’ll gain hands-on experience across diverse clients and disorders, with a focus on professional growth, development, and a rewarding career path in pediatric therapy within a stable, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Experience working with children and/or adults with speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on mentorship from experienced SLPs to complete CF requirements.
• Collaborate with a team to support student clients in school-based settings.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans with guidance from supervisors.
