StretchLab is seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, dance / yoga / pilates / barre instructors, physical therapists, athletic therapists, kinesiologists, and other related fields to join our team in Peachtree Corners. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is transforming the fitness industry.

Position:

Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as assist on the front desk.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 or 50 minutes)
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Manage client care by delivering top-quality stretching experiences, updating notes, and booking recurring appointments
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clients
• Ensure client safety regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce policies
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations
• Handle member concerns as needed
• Assist sales and management with studio tours and sales
• Maintain a strong social media presence
• Keep all equipment clean and functional

Requirements:

• Background in Personal Training, Physical Therapy, Athletic Therapy, Kinesiology, Massage Therapy, Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Barre, or related fields
• Fitness or related certification/degree required
• Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Experience in providing hands-on training (preferred)
• Ability to create a positive, welcoming environment
• Excellent communication skills with empathy
• Desire to connect with people and help achieve mobility goals
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
• Willingness to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program (including online and in-person training)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $14 - $22/hr
