Role Overview

As a Certified Yoga Instructor, you will lead guided virtual yoga experiences for employees of our corporate clients, helping them reduce stress, improve mobility, and prevent musculoskeletal injuries. This is a fully remote, contract position with flexible scheduling, AI-matched corporate client sessions, and the opportunity to promote your services within the platform to attract additional clients. While the role is remote-first, on-site opportunities may be available based on your geographic location and employer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead safe, effective, and inclusive virtual yoga sessions tailored to a range of experience levels and goals (mobility, relaxation, core strength, injury prevention, etc.)
- Educate participants on posture alignment, breathwork, and stress-reduction techniques
- Customize flows for specific health needs (e.g., desk worker back pain, mindfulness for burnout prevention)
- Inspire and motivate individuals to build sustainable movement habits
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and trauma-informed environment for all participants
- Log attendance and session feedback in WolibaHealth’s platform and collaborate with staff for programming improvement
- Optionally participate in webinars, workshops, and community classes
Required Qualifications
- Current RYT-200 or higher certification from a Yoga Alliance-recognized or equivalent program
- Minimum of 2 years of yoga instruction experience, ideally including virtual or workplace settings
- Deep knowledge of yoga principles, anatomy, and breathwork
- Excellent verbal cuing, presence, and virtual class facilitation skills
- Professionalism and inclusivity in working with clients of all levels and body types
- Comfortable using Zoom or similar video platforms; able to record or stream from a clean, quiet space
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with corporate wellness or employee wellbeing programs
- Additional certifications in chair yoga, trauma-informed yoga, restorative yoga, or mindfulness meditation
- Background in injury prevention, rehabilitation, or mobility training
- CPR/AED certified (preferred, not required)
- Bilingual or multilingual (Spanish, French, etc.)
Work Environment & Client Matching
- Remote-first: lead sessions from your home studio or preferred space
- Clients and groups are assigned through WolibaHealth’s AI-matching engine
- Instructors may also opt into self-marketing tools within the network to grow their following and client base
- Flexible schedule: set your availability and session formats
- On-site opportunities may be available depending on demand in your local region
