Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology preferred.
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in construction inspection.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)/AWS.
• ASNT Level II certification: Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
• ICC certification in Structural Steel – Bolting; Structural Steel - Welding.

Responsibilities

• Performs testing, observation, and inspection per procedures.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Provide clear documentation of findings and results.
• Prepare inspection reports and document nonconformance.
• Communicate information to Project Manager and team.
• May interact with client and site personnel to resolve findings.
• Maintain equipment operation and calibration; drive to sites.
• Follow safety rules and maintain quality standards.
