Our $40 million enterprise comprises five business units offering coatings, steel, concrete fabrication, and building envelope inspection, evaluation, and testing services across various markets and industries.

We are recruiting full-time and part-time Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI) nationwide. All applicants must be willing to travel and work multiple shifts.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Current AWS CWI certification (required)
  • Bridge fabrication inspection experience
  • NDT experience (desirable)
  • AMPP (NACE) certification (desirable)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation
Physical Requirements:
  • Good vision (close, distance, depth, focus adjustment)
  • Ability to travel extensively and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Climbing, bending, crawling, working in confined spaces, and on uneven terrain
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs.

Note: Drug testing, criminal background, and motor vehicle checks will be conducted.

Salary Range: $30-42/hour with comprehensive benefits. Compensation depends on experience and certifications.
