About the Role: The Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and safety of welded structures within the professional, scientific, and technical services industry. This position is responsible for conducting thorough inspections and evaluations of welding processes, materials, and finished welds to verify compliance with industry codes and standards. The CWI collaborates closely with engineers, fabricators, and project managers to identify potential defects and recommend corrective actions, thereby preventing structural failures and ensuring quality assurance. Pay range for this position is USD $45 to $60 per hour.
