Fluid Tech Hydraulics is seeking a Certified Welder to support hydraulic repair and fabrication operations in our Sacramento shop. You will perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel components, read blueprints, and help fabricate hydraulic cylinders.

This full-time role suits a detail-oriented welder looking to grow in industrial hydraulics. Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years of welding experience, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and familiarity with welding symbols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• AWS Certified Welder or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick and Flux-Cored welding on steel and metal components.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored welding on steel and metal components


• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols


• Fabricate, repair, and modify hydraulic cylinders, components, and metal structures


• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and compliance


• Operate welding equipment, grinders, torches, and fabrication tools


• Follow all OSHA safety standards and shop safety procedures


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Collaborate with technicians and shop team to meet production deadlines

Qualifications
