Central States Water Resources is seeking a dedicated Water & Wastewater Operator to join our team in the Houston area. You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of wastewater treatment facilities to ensure regulatory compliance and safe, efficient plant operation.

The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. Some travel to local plants and 24/7 shift coverage are involved, with emphasis on safety

Qualifications

• Familiarity with and the ability to learn industry software.
• Must have a High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and monitor treatment equipment and processes.
• Conduct routine tests on water quality, chemical levels, and equipment performance.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and safety standards at the plant.
• Perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance on treatment equipment and systems.
