Job summary

Emergency Restoration Services is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. You will assist in mitigating water, mold, and fire damage, coordinate field activities, and document progress in our CRM system.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and industry certifications. Expect 40–50 hours per week with on-call rotation and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Reliable transportation to and from worksites.
• IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification or equivalent.
• Fire restoration certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mitigation of water, mold, and fire emergencies by removing drywall, flooring, cabinets and other building assemblies, cleaning structural components.
• Develop drying plans to return building components to dry standards.
• Document all work activities with photos and notes in CRM.
• Communicate job status and updates in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

• Assist with the mitigation of water, mold, and fire emergencies by removing drywall, flooring, cabinets and other building assemblies, cleaning of structural components of mold and fire damage.
• Cleaning building components of contaminates from water, mold and fire.
• Developing drying plan to return building components to dry standard.
• Establishing and monitoring drying efforts
• Carrying trash and debris from homes and businesses.
• Documenting of all work activities with photos and notes in CRM platform.
• Ability to work in unconditioned spaces such as attics, and crawl spaces.
• Communicate job status and other pertinent information in a timely manner.
• Execution of excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holiday as needed during “on-call” rotation.
